The system ensures continuous data logging with encryption for data integrity during communication breaks. Users can configure multiple alarms with high/low limits and edge-triggered acute logic to prevent false alerts. Audible and visible alerts are displayed on the monitoring screen, and optional email/SMS notifications can be sent with real-time parameter values. The solution includes audit trail capabilities, comprehensive reporting in tabular and graphical formats, and an Android mobile app for web-view and real-time notifications.
